The Fleet & Technical department, headed by the Fleet & Technical manager, is responsible for technical management of HOSC owned vessels which are employed by reputed oil & gas companies for providing logistic support, Dive support, offshore construction & maintenance activities and allied oilfield services.
A competent and dedicated team of superintendents with extensive sea going experience as Master / Chief Engineer applies their collective expertise for operating the fleet in a safe, efficient, environment friendly and profitable way to complete satisfaction of our clients.

The new building section, headed by a qualified naval architect, prepares new-building vessel specifications, conceptual General arrangement plans, shipbuilding cost estimates, technical evaluation of shipbuilding tenders besides overseeing all aspects of new building projects and liaison with the shipyards and classification societies. This section is also responsible for planning and executing upgrades and conversion projects.
