Halul Offshore Services Company W.L.L. Based in Doha, Qatar is looking to build One Dynamic Positioning Diving Vessel in accordance with the enclosed specifications. HOSC would like to take delivery of said vessels within a period ranging from 18 to 24 months. Pre-qualification: Pre-qualification documents of the applying shipyard including certifications, plant details, expertise, financial credentials, contacts, references and all other information deemed relevant to the completion of the contract are to be submitted within two weeks from the date of this invitation. Bids should include the following:
1. Technical offer, which include your offer as per our technical requirements in addition to any
other technical additions, deviations or modifications as well as general arrangement plan.
2. Sealed Financial offer, which includes your final price, delivery terms and payment terms.
Please note that we require a minimum offer validity of 60 days.
3. All bids must be received sealed and sent via a recognized courier service. Deadline for
submission is Thursday 3rd December 2009 (Approx: within 45 Days from today).
